Our Process

1) Contact

It all starts when you reach out to us about your counter-tops. You can just send a message. Every project starts with a conversation and it’s key that we gather the right information to propose and share the right options for your counter-top project.

2) Sketch Your Room

We would like you to make a simple sketch of your desired room (example: kitchen) and send it to us or bring it to our office for your design consultation. This makes it easy for us to give you an accurate complimentary quote. Simply click the image below for an example. If you prefer, we will gladly come to your home and measure your room for you.

3) Schedule

After collecting all the information we move to schedule a meeting with you. We can come to your location, but greatly prefer if you can come to our facility. At the meeting, we will answer more of your questions, as well as show you specific granite, marble and quartz of your choice. Everything from color to style will be covered to help inform the best choice.

4) Select The Right Material For Your Project

We only supply brands that we know and trust to ensure our client’s happiness. We also purchase from local suppliers in the event we don’t have the right material for your project. We always recommend viewing your slabs. You are making an investment and should take the time to be sure that you are getting exactly what you have envisioned for your purchase. Call or email us for pricing and details.

Our suppliers include: Pental Granite & Marble, Bedrosians, Caesarstone, Consentino, Cosmos Granite & Marble, Daltile, Meta Marble & Granite, and MSI.

You Don’t Always Need A Slab

We have a huge remnant yard that you can find stones for your smaller projects. From small bath vanities to odd projects around the house such as window sills, curbs, shower seats, etc… at a very affordable price. We also carry a large selection of countertop remnants for smaller jobs which are a great way to save money when you don’t need to cover a large surface area.

5) Choose Your Backsplash

It is important to think about counter-top and back-splash combinations. Keep in mind that your back-splash should complement your counter-top. Consider the height of your back-splash. The back-splash can cover the entire wall or it can cover the area between the counter-tops and cabinets.

6) Fabrication

After we have your measurements and you have selected your stone, your material will be brought into the fabrication facility. The stone and edge profiles are cut according to our professional measurements.

7) Installation

Our professionals will assure a perfect and clean installation. We will treat your home as our own. We complete every granite & marble job as if it were being completed in our own home.

Important Notes:

  1. Installation of natural stone surfaces does not include the removal of old tops unless agreements have been made for us to do so. If we do demolition of an existing countertop and there is a mirror (bath area) which has to be removed, this is the customer’s responsibility. Care will be exercised during the countertop installation or demolition; however, scrapes, punctures or digs are possible. These items are considered incidental damages and are the customer’s responsibility to repair.

  2. Plumbing and wiring are not included in any installation. We are not plumbers or electricians by trade. We will not reconnect sinks or cooktops. Under-mount applications will be cutout, polished and drilled to accept mounting brackets. Cutouts for drop-in sinks and cooktops will be completed on the job site and dust is to be expected.
